Achievements
Swan has successfully completed a variety of housing schemes across Essex and East London to meet a range of housing needs, including the development of:

Women's refuges throughout Essex

Supported Housing for residents with particular physical, mental health and social support needs

Key worker accommodation and;

a range of fully wheelchair accessible properties
Improvements for 2008
In 2008, we plan to deliver a diverse range of housing which includes:
- A bespoke Foyer for young vulnerable people at Swan House, Basildon
- A new specialist Mother and Baby facility at Mellow Purgess in Basildon and;
- Key worker accommodation at Oldchurch Hospital, Havering
We also plan to review the specification for wheelchair adapted homes and monitor the number of local people employed by our contractors on housing development schemes.
