Homes for people from Black and Minority Ethnic communities
We work with Housing Associations who manage homes on Swan's behalf for residents from BME communities.
Karin Housing Association manages 28 homes at Bow Cross and Millwall Fire Station in Tower Hamlets, and Mill Road in Redbridge. As a result of consultation, specifications have been adapted for some of these homes which meet the needs of residents including those from the Somali community.
