Working in Partnership
Swan is committed to working in partnership with all of our Framework development partners.
We work with a range of organisations, from national developers and housebuilders through to the Housing Corporation and English Partnerships, as well the Local Authorities in whose areas we build new homes.
Several major projects are currently underway with a number of our Framework development partners, which will deliver a significant volume of new, sustainable affordable housing.
Through developing successful long-term partnerships we can continue to add value to our development and regeneration programme.
