The Grange
A partnership between Outlook Care and Swan Housing Association was commissioned by Havering Council to provide the accommodation, care and support services for the reprovision of The Grange.
Outlook Care has been commissioned to provide the care and support services.
Residents were able to choose the colour schemes for their individual flats or room which helped with the period of transition when moving to their new homes.
The scheme provides a 16-bed supported-living unit on two floors with a lift, a 6-bed registered care unit for people who have higher care and support needs and a 4-bed respite care unit and was completed in May 2007.
