Tylney and Twyford Avenue is a mixed scheme, incorporating general needs affordable rented flats and fully wheelchair accessible units across 2 sites. Swan were able to provide these purpose built properties with assistance from the Homes and Communities Agency and Rochford District Council. Working with contractor, ML Hart Builders Ltd, 12 units were completed.
