NHS Key workers
Working in partnership with a number of NHS Trusts Swan has provided 833 units of fully furnished accommodation specifically for those working in the NHS, allied service providers (NHS sub contractors) and those working in essential services in the local community.
All accommodation is provided at between 10 and 20% below local market rent levels.
