Intermediate Market Rented Properties
Swan Housing Association provide a limited number of Intermediate Market Rented properties for rent to employed people earning less than £60,000 per annum.
The rents for these properties are at a “intermediate” level which is 80% of normal market rent and they are let on assured shorthold tenancies.
When these properties become available they are advertised on this website.
