Swan Group is celebrating #Bestcompaniesday after the Sunday Times once again identified them as one of the best not for profit companies to work for in the UK. This year they have climbed up twelve places from last year to number22. This is the third year Swan have made the chart and they have made outstanding progress, climbing 42 places since first entering the chart in 2016 with scores based on feedback from Swan staff.
Swan employees participated in the Best Companies survey, which is based on '8 factors of workplace engagement'. It is completely independent and anonymous, so employees are free to say how they really feel.
The accreditation is awarded to the best performing businesses, that demonstrate a true commitment to creating an engaging and uplifting environment for staff who work there - the focus being celebrating those companies who are making the "world a better workplace". Best companies day is celebrated on 2 March this year.

2016! This is
testament to the continued hard work of our managers to improve
employee engagement and satisfaction and the enthusiasm with which
our staff have responded. We look forward to celebrating this
outstanding achievement with all our staff, because together we can
deliver more to ensure we are successful in delivering our social
purpose - homes and services for our residents!
