Resident involvement and community development remain paramount to the activities of the Group.
We have a central team dedicated to developing and implementing a wide range of methods to involve residents and get their views on the quality of service they receive.
The Group aims to continue to develop new ways of engaging with residents to get as wide a range of feedback as possible.
Customer Feedback Panel
Swan have set up a new panel called the ‘Customer Feedback Panel’ which will form part of the Association’s informal resident involvement structure.
As a Member of Swan’s Customer Feedback Panel you will receive twice yearly newsletters regarding the progress of the panel and how your input has impacted on Swan’s service improvement.
You may not be asked to attend regular meetings, however, based on your expression of interest you may be asked to participate in focus groups, surveys, questionnaires, steering groups, editorial panel, mystery shopping, Resident away days and Resident Conference’s. £10 shopping vouchers will be awarded for involvement in panel activities.
