Brackendale Court Residents Association
The Brackendale Court RA was set up in October 07. Ronald Cole (Chair) said that the RA hold bi-monthly meetings and discuss issues ranging from Leasehold to Maintenance. He added that support from Swan has been outstanding and they have helped us resolve numerous issues along with helping us to apply for and successfully receive a grant which will enable us to buy new plants and benches for the communal garden area.
