I have responsibility for the Resident Involvement and Community Development service and oversee the work of the Service Improvement Manager and Customer Complaints Coordinator. Hi, I'm the Service Improvement Manager at Swan & my role is to support Swan to improve the services it provides to its residents. As part of this, I aim to involve residents at every opportunity, make sure their views are taken on board and are kept informed of our progress. I'm responsible for collecting feedback from our residents through complaints, compliments and suggestions and making sure that it is used to improve services in the future. Hello, I am Kari-ann Waldon, the Resident Involvement Officer for Swan Housing and i work closely with Residents Associations, Resident Board Members and the Essex and London Resident Consultative Committees. At Swan we are really proud of how our residents get involved and let us know what they think of our services as this helps us to continue to develop and improve. Everyone can become involved and we would especially like to hear from young people and supported housing residents to make sure that their views are heard.

Hi, I am Abdullah Hossain, Community Development Officer for London. At Swan we believe you should have the opportunity to improve your quality of life and we actively encourage you to have a say in how you think your neighbourhood could be improved.
There are many ways you can get involved and I am here to help - whether it is arranging a street party, running a community project or setting up a resident association. Your involvement could make a big difference.

Adeyami Adelekan
Community Development Officer (Essex)
I am Adeyemi Adelekan, a Community Development Officer in Essex and I work with residents to deliver community development projects. I have set up football teams, sponsored by Swan Housing Group, on both the Craylands and Churchview Estates in Basildon which are really popular. With the support of external agencies it has also been possible to establish a youth club in the area. Local children are keen to be involved in these fun projects and since they have been developed anti social behaviour in the area has reduced.

Terry Webb
Community Development Officer (Essex)
Hello, I am Terry Webb, Community Development Officer working in Swan neighbourhoods throughout Essex. I help existing resident groups and assist in the empowerment and the set up of new groups where needed. I also work closely with other agencies and voluntary groups to provide the funding and resources for projects and services identified as priorities by local residents.
