How can I Report Anti Social Behaviour (ASB)
Swan has a number of ways you can report Anti-Social Behaviour in your area.
-
Telephone: You can contact your Neighbourhood Officer on 0300 303 2500 during office hours.
-
Website: You can report any issues via the Swan websites at www.web4residents.org (click on ‘contact us’) or via www.swan.org.uk (click on ‘living with Swan’ and then ‘Anti-Social Behaviour’).
-
You can write to your Neighbourhood Officer at their office.
-
You can email your Neighbourhood Officer at EssexNeighbourhoodTeam@swan.org.uk or LondonNH@swan.org.uk.
-
You can visit your Neighbourhood Office to speak to a member of the neighbourhood team.
- To report ASB when our offices are closed, please call 0800 075 6699. You will be able to report ASB to a trained advisor who will be able to give you advice and assistance there and then. All information will then be given to the Neighbourhood Team and they will contact you the next working day.
Remember that you can report incidents of anti social behaviour to us anonymously; however, this would mean that you would not be kept up to date on any action taken by Swan. It may also affect what we can do and the action we can take.
We are committed to tackling anti social behaviour and would encourage everyone to come forward to report any incidents to us. Your details will be kept confidential at all times.
Please have as much information to hand as you can, including, names, dates, times and locations.
This will help us to be able to take action. You can download diary sheets here to complete, and also download Swan's Guidance notes on ASB.
