The rent you pay us is our main source of income. We use it to provide services and homes for people who need them. This is why we are quick to remind you when you owe us money.
We understand that sometimes you might find it difficult to pay your rent. It is always better to tell us you are having problems as soon as you know rather than waiting until you owe a lot of money.
