Gas Safety

Gas FlameAt Swan we are dedicated to ensuring that services within your home are safe and maintained to current legal standards. 

If your home has a gas boiler, this will require a safety inspection at least once every 12 months.  We cannot stress the importance of allowing our contractors access to your home for this very important service. 

Should our contractors report back to us that they have not been allowed access to your home we will contact you as a matter of urgency. 

You will be required to book an appointment for our gas contractors to call and inspect your boiler and/or any other gas appliance within your home.   Residents who  continue to ignore these requests for access will face legal action through the Courts. 

Legal action is our last resort as this is both time consuming and costly.  However, in the event we need to commence legal action the costs of having to do so will be recharged to you.  Therefore, should you recieve a letter from our contractors or ourselves in relation to gas inspections, please ensure you make and keep this appointment.  This is for YOU and YOUR family's safety.

Residents who allow our contractors access promptly we want to reward you for your co-operation. As a gesture of our appreciation for your assistance, from April 2008 ALL residents who allow our contractors access will be entered into a monthly prize drawer to win a £50 shopping voucher.
