Supported Housing
Swans supported housing service provides both accommodation with support and floating support services to tenants of Swan and other housing associations, councils, private landlords, home owners and those living with friends and family.
Swan also provides foyer accommodation for single, young people (including a parent and child scheme), sheltered/ extra care schemes for older persons and services for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and those moving on from higher level support services.
Our service aims to support people in gaining independant living skills and maintaining a home.
We work with each individual to tailor our support service to their needs - from budgeting and maximising benefits to accessing accomodation and educational, work based or social community based services.
Swan is proud to be able to play a part in the success of our service users in moving towards independance and taking control of their lives.
