Welcome to Swan Essex. Following the appointment of Mary Gibbons, Regional Director of Housing for Essex in 2006, there has been an assessment of service provision in key areas.
Specialist teams concentrating on Rent Recovery, Neighbourhood Management and Customer Services were created in 2007 to ensure continued improvement for excellence in the delivery of our services.
The overall housing team in Essex is managed by Amanda Oakley, Regional Manager of Housing for Essex, who reports directly to Mary Gibbons.
