Welcome to Swan London. Following the appointment of Sandra Fawcett, Regional Director of Housing for London in 2007, there has been an assessment of service provision in key areas.
Specialist teams concerntrating on Rent Recovery and Neighbourhood Management were created in 2007 to ensure continued improvement for excellence in the delivery of our services.
The overall housing team in London is managed by Jackie King, Regional Manager of Housing for London
