Welcome to Swan London. Following the appointment of Sandra Fawcett, Regional Director of Housing for London in 2007, there has been an assessment of service provision in key areas.
Specialist teams concerntrating on Rent Recovery, Neighbourhood Management and Customer Services were created in 2007 to ensure continued improvement for excellence in the delivery of our services.
