Usability Guide
This simple guide will help you enjoy your experience as a visitor on our website.
1. Increasing the text size for those who are visually impaired or those having eye sight problems.
On the top right hand corner of the website, there are two buttons next to the text 'text size'. The minus (-) sign button, when clicked, will automatically decrease the text size while the plus (+) sign button will increase the text size on the website.
For those visitors who have challenges in viewing small characters on screen, this tool should aid in making your visit to this site an enjoyable experience.
2. Using the Site Map
The site map link (located at the top right corner) gives a snap-shot of how the pages are linked and related together. It potrays a tree-like structure which makes navigation to different pages on the website much easier.
Once the site map button is clicked, the main links on the left-hand side with all it's associated sub-links are exposed in the order in which they exist on the website. You can then click on the specific page desired to access it directly rather than having to use about 3 - 4 clicks to arrive at the same page if navigating through the main site links. This undoubtedly enhances the user experience as users can find the information they want quickly and relatively easily.
3. About Accessibility
For the Deaf and hard of hearing, as well as those with motor or cognitive disabilities, every effort has been made to ensure their needs have been addressed on this website.
On the accessibility page, there is a link to the download page of a software that enables website content to be read to you. Details about the software, what it does and how you can use it are on the accessibility page.
