From estate regeneration to supported housing solutions, and from key workers accommodation to street regeneration programmes, Swan remains at the forefront of social housing development in the region.
Swan Housing Group works alongside tenants and others to meet the housing and wider needs of local communities throughout Essex and East London. This diverse landscape requires an approach of stealth, wisdom and innovation. Our group structure and prudent business sense allows for progress in the increasingly complex environment in which we operate.
New technology also allows us to make a positive change to the communities we work with. Nowhere is this more apparent than with our tenants-online project. Our tenants are able to order repairs on the internet and be provided with a set-top box to enable them to do so. Coupled with a community training initiative the gain, for all, is clear.
Our group structure and service delivery cannot work without the professional skills, talent and commitment of both our board members and staff.

We actively promote the concept of accountability. We have, and implement, strategies for the active promotion of our accountability to all tenants, stakeholders, partners and interested parties.
We publish descriptions of the range of organisations and individuals to which, and to whom, we are accountable.
We report widely in documents and other media our progress in achieving and sustaining accountability and on our performance.
Openness is the essential ingredient which underpins the concept of accountability.
