Charter Mark

The Charter Mark standard shows that Swan Housing Group focuses on and improves our customer service and that we put our customers first.There are six criteria which consider how we set standards and consult with customers, whether we offer choice and provide an accessible service for our customers, whether we continuously improve our service and make effective use of resources, and whether we contribute to the wider community. Swan Housing Group is assessed once a year to make sure that we still meet the standard. Swan is now working towards the new Customer Service Excellence standard.

Clients Charterchartmark

Swan was first awarded Clients' Charter status in June 2003. By signing up to the Construction Clients' Charter, Swan makes a clear statement of our commitment to improve our own performance, by showing that we are prepared to measure our progress against an agreed programme with increasingly demanding targets.

Customer Care

Swan Housing Group aim to provide the best possible services to our customers and therefore standards and targets are set in areas that are used by them. Performances against these are published on a yearly basis.

We are committed to our employees training and future and have shown this by gaining the Investors in People Award, which supports our objectives of continuous improvement in staff development, training and communication.

Maintaining our ISO 9001:2008 accreditation for a Quality Management System is a significant step towards our goal of being the "best in sector". ISO 9001:2008 certification is a recognised standard of quality assurance, and tells everyone, particularly our customers, that Swan is internationally recognised for its quality system.
