Charter Mark

Swan Housing Association has been awarded the prestigious Charter Mark by an independent panel of judges after a process requiring three different assessments and information provided by auditors and inspectors. Outstanding service and putting the customer first were the prime reasons for the award.

Clients Charterchartmark

Swan was first awarded Clients' Charter status in June 2003. By signing up to the Construction Clients' Charter, Swan makes a clear statement of our commitment to improve our own performance, by showing that we are prepared to measure our progress against an agreed programme with increasingly demanding targets.

Customer Care

Swan Housing Group aim to provide the best possible services to our customers and therefore standards and targets are set in areas that are used by them. Performances against these are published on a yearly basis.
