About Swan Care & Specialist Accommodation
What We Do
Swan provides a range of care and support services, delivering oursocial purpose to make a difference to real lives in Essex.
Our services include strategic provisions of care and support; working in partnership with local authorities and clinical commissioning groups to deliver care and support services to those most in need. This includes older persons, young persons and those with learning disabilities, as well as providing a range of community and in-home support, including care.
Why We Do It
Swan Housing Association is a charity and is a registered provider of affordable accommodation across Essex and East London. This means that unlike many other care companies, we are not accountable to shareholders for profit. Any surplus that is made is returned to the charity to enable the building of homes for families within our area of operation.
Swan Care and Support delivers services in Essex.
