We understand that everyone has different needs, so we tailor our holistic housing management services to individuals. We help residents to maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals by providing a variety of services from advice on budgeting and maximising benefits, to running inclusive, group activities and events to reduce social isolation and loneliness.
Levels of assistance range from weekly visits for those in need of very low-level support to more frequent visits where required. In conjunction with care providers, some of our schemes also offer 24/7 personal care, meal planning and daily activities for residents who have a high level of care and support.
