Swan Care South and Extra Care

Dobson House is a scheme for people that have a care need of six hours or more. Swan Care Services provide personalised care and support and a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days per year, peace of mind service. 

We offer person centered care and support services to a range of customers with varying needs. 

Our personalised and enabling approach means that people can maintain their independence, stay in their home for as long as possible and most importantly, enjoy life.

We also provide home care in the community, inclusive of the below.

Our service offers support with:

  • meal preparation
  • dressing and undressing
  • rising and retiring
  • personal care including bathing, shaving, showering, washing hair
  • assistance with intimate personal care
  • oral health care
  • catheter care
  • nutrition and hydration needs
  • incontinence management
  • assistance with surgical stockings
  • medication management
  • maintaining your home
  • companionship
  • signposting
  • shopping
