Swan Housing Association Limited is a Registered Society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and as such is accountable to the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). The Regulator’s role is to promote a viable, efficient and well-governed social housing sector that is able to deliver homes that meet a range of needs. The Regulator for Social Housing has reviewed its previously published assessment of our governance and financial viability from G2/V2 to G3/V3.
Care Quality Commission
Where we deliver care services, we must show evidence that we comply with The Care Quality Commission (CQC) Essential Standards.
