Regulatory assessment

Swan Housing Association Limited is a Registered Society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and as such is accountable to the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). The Regulator’s role is to promote a viable, efficient and well-governed social housing sector that is able to deliver homes that meet a range of needs. Click here to learn more about the standards Swan Housing is required to adhere to.

The Regulator for Social Housing has reviewed its previously published assessment of our governance and financial viability from G2/V2 to G3/V3.

Care Quality Commission

Where we deliver care services, we must show evidence that we comply with The Care Quality Commission (CQC) Essential Standards. The CQC regulates all health and adult social care services in England to ensure they meet the essential standards of quality and safety.
