Swan is now a subsidiary of Sanctuary

At the start of November 2022, we wrote to our customers to let them know that we were in discussions with Sanctuary about a possible business combination.
We are pleased to tell you that following in-depth discussions between the two organisations, and approval by both Boards on 25 November, Swan joined Sanctuary as a subsidiary on 8 February 2023.
What does this mean for Swan customers?
You do not need to do anything. Your landlord will remain as Swan and our teams will continue to provide their regular services to you. There will be no change to your rent or service charge, or how you report a repair, because of the partnership. Swan will continue to run as a standalone operation for now.
