Broomfield scheme

We have 353 units of accommodation onsite at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.

The accommodation is fully furnished to a high standard, offering two and three bedroom family houses, as well as shared accommodation.

Eligibility for the accommodation is prioritised to NHS key workers and those key workers who live and work in the local area.

Short and long term accommodation is available.

Accommodation can be booked on a nightly basis from £38.51 per night.

Longer term accommodation prices, , start from:

En-suite room - £692.32 (inclusive of council tax and utilities)

One bed flat - £941.36 (inclusive of utilities)

Two bed house - £1227.67 (exclusive of council tax and utilities)

Three bed house - £1395.18 (exclusive of council tax and utilities)

These prices will change on 1 April 2024.
