Key Business & Financial Information

We have had another successful year providing new homes for those who need them.  We have completed over 400 new homes to rent over the last year and have plans in place to develop a further 250 new rented homes over the forthcoming year. 

We are continuing with the major regeneration schemes in Basildon, Tower Hamlets and Newham and have been selected to undertake the regeneration of Blackwall Reach in Tower Hamlets, creating more than 500 new homes for rent.

We remain committed to involving residents in shaping and improving the services we deliver and in the running of the business.

We recognise the importance of our employees in the delivery of excellent services and will continue to invest both in supporting and developing existing employees and in the recruitment of the best possible candidates.
