We are looking for passionate, positive and professional individuals with experience of working with older people to join our care team in Colchester.
Working under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you will assist in leading, delivering, supporting and managing a team of staff to deliver personalised care and housing related support.
Senior position you should hold QCF level 2 or equivalent and be willing to work towards level 3.
You are required to complete any other relevant qualifications and training requirements in Health and Social Care and any mandatory Swan training. Knowledge of Care Quality Commission is required along with the Quality Assessment Framework.
This position is a challenging but rewarding role. You will ideally have experience of working with older people. You need to be able to communicate effectively, be self motivated, able to use initiative and make decisions. The role requires flexible working via a rota - Senior position will also include an on call rota and sleep ins.
