Swan’s training initiatives create a brighter future for over 100 Tower Hamlets residents

Swan Housing Association has today celebrated the graduation of over 100 residents from a series of training programmes all designed to increase their skills and capacity. Swan has delivered these courses through its flagship community facility “The Reach”, which is the centre of its £500m regeneration scheme, Blackwall Reach in partnership with London Borough of Tower Hamlets and the Greater London Authority (GLA).


Green light for Blackhorse Yard development

Catalyst housing association and Swan Housing Association are delighted to announce that Waltham Forest Council has voted to approve plans to build a new housing-led mixed-use development at the former Webbs Industrial Estate on Blackhorse Lane. The project, known as Blackhorse Yard, includes 100% affordable housing and a variety of commercial uses.
