Laindon Shopping Centre Regeneration Set To Be Delivered Sooner

Swan Housing Association have announced they have received planning permission for its Bridge Point development in Hornchurch to enable them to rebuild those homes damaged in the fire at Bridge Point in January last year and that they expect to start work this summer.

Mayor’s First 100% affordable site handed over to Swan and Catalyst


The GLA has completed its site preparation works and has now handed over the Webbs Industrial Estate site to collaborators Swan Housing Group and Catalyst who will, together, regenerate the former industrial site in Waltham Forest to include circa 330 homes, all of which will be affordable. The site, now known as Blackhorse Yard, will also become a creative hub providing more than 3,000 square metres of new affordable workspace and artist studios for London’s new Borough of Culture.
