In line with the latest Government guidelines which come into place from Saturday 17 October 2020 we will be continuing to offer full repairs and servicing (including Gas Safety Checks) through our repairs partner Axis and will continue our Fire Risk Assessment activity as well as continuing to provide estates services and grounds maintenance activity, in Covid-19 secure ways. However, we will contact you to rearrange any other housing related home visits and agree an alternative way to support you.
Our care and support team will continue to work with young people, elderly residents and with those we provide care to in their homes, in Covid-19 secure ways. Schemes are being contacted directly with details of how the new changes will affect them.
Our construction sites and sales and marketing suites will continue to operate in line with Covid-19 secure procedures.
