We would like to reassure residents of the Five Links estate in Basildon that no changes have been made to the parking scheme that currently operates in Gower Chase, Beeston Court, Crosse Court, Petunia Close, Larkspur Way and Vebena Gardens.
Swan has recently appointed a new parking control company who issued some new permits in error - residents who received these are advised to dispose of them. Residents should continue to display their current parking permit until they receive a replacement: new resident parking permits will be issued within the next two weeks to all residents who currently have them. Residents will receive a permit for every vehicle currently registered with Swan. We are also issuing two visitor permits for every household.
We would like to apologise for any confusion or upset that this error has caused.
