Swan passes CSE 2019 Assessment

Customer Service ExcellenceSwan Housing Association has now received notification that they have passed their annual Customer Service Excellence (CSE) assessment, with one element rated as compliant plus. The compliant plus rating related to how Swan makes information on their services available to their customers and potential customers.

The assessor visited the offices at Pilgrim House and met with staff, he travelled to Blackwall Reach, the NU build factory and a major new housing scheme at Beechwood to speak with staff, tenants, residents and partners.  

These site visits were to validate the high quality and well selected documentary evidence that was presented to support the application. The assessor was very impressed with the clear and well-defined strategy that guides the scope and direction of the Association, the depth and effectiveness of its engagement with tenants and residents, the determination to provide high quality services, the knowledge and customer focus of staff, the excellent partnership working and benefits that these bring to the wider communities.

Swan are delighted to once again pass their CSE assessment.
