Statement Prior To Court Decision On Commercial Road Development

Swan Housing Group continues to await the Planning Inspectorate's decision on our proposed redevelopment on Commercial Road following the public hearing at Tower Hamlets Town Hall which commenced on Wednesday 22 March.

We are grateful to the Planning Inspectorate for allowing both parties to present their cases fully over the three days of the hearing. The length of the hearing clearly demonstrates that these arguments are being considered thoroughly.
As such, all parties can be confident that the appropriate processes have been followed and the final decision - whichever side it falls upon - will have been reached in a fair and proper manner.
