Response to Incident at Appleford Court, Pitsea

Swan Housing Association is aware of an incident that took place this afternoon 14.09.20 at Appleford Court, Pitsea. Staff are on site to support residents who have been evacuated following the reported gas explosion.

We are currently working closely with emergency services who are currently on site to support their immediate response to this incident. Our staff will remain on site to ensure that all residents who need to be rehoused this evening are supported into alternative accommodation. 

Our thoughts are with all those affected and their families.  We would like to thank the emergency services for their swift and dedicated response.
