Blackwall Reach Refuse Issues

We are sorry for the continuing refuse issues customers are experiencing on Blackwall Reach in east London.

We currently expect work to increase the size of the underground refuse chambers in the Station Square area of the estate to begin in May. We will keep all affected customers updated on these works and continue to monitor the collections by the borough. Missed refuse collections in Tower Hamlets can also be reported to https://towerhamlets-self.achieveservice.com/service/Report_a_missed_bin_collection
