Underground Refuse System - Blackwall Reach

The works to increase the capacity of the Underground Refuse System (URS) bins in the main square of the site are planned for the week of 24 May and expected to be complete by the end of the week.

In preparation for these works, Swan are providing Eurobins for your general and recycling refuse from 17 May. These are located between Perseus Court and Royal Captain Court (in blue on the map). It is essential that you do not use the existing URS bins before the new URS chambers are installed, so please make use of the alternative bins. The works to replace the existing URS bins cannot proceed on 24 May if any refuse is found inside the existing system.

For your safety please take note of the areas on the map (in red) where the contractors will be working during this time and avoid these areas.
