Window Cleaning Service Update

A number of Swan residents have sent in queries about window cleaning at their block of flats. We usually provide window cleaning to communal windows only, with residents being responsible for the cleaning of their own windows. However, this can vary in blocks. In July our Estate Team will be writing to all residents who receive a window cleaning service to their block. This will explain which windows are cleaned and how often, so we can be clear what the window cleaning charge element of your service charge is for. Don’t forget look out for the letter next month.
