Swan and Catalyst Statement – Blackhorse Yard
Swan Housing Association and Catalyst have today announced that the parties have mutually agreed that Swan will step away from its partnership with Catalyst to deliver the regeneration of Blackhorse Yard, Waltham Forest with immediate effect.
Having worked in partnership with Swan to secure planning permission for the scheme, Catalyst is now planning to deliver the 100% affordable scheme which will transform the former Webbs Industrial Estate into 359 affordable homes, 2,569 sqm (GIA) of retail, artist’s studios and other ancillary uses including 123 sqm (GIA) of affordable workspace.
