Swan supports the Service with Respect campaign
Swan is one of over 200 companies that have signed up to the Institute of Customer Service’s (ICS) Service with Respect campaign. The campaign aims to tackle the issue of abuse against public-facing workers.
Did you know, nearly 80% of the UK’s workforce work in customer-facing roles?
Recent research shows that more than half of all customer-facing staff in the UK have experienced abuse since the start of the pandemic. This ranges from verbal abuse, such as shouting and abusive language, to physical assaults.
