Telephone survey going live from 20 June until 8 July
From Monday 20 June to Friday 8 July 500 of our customers will be contacted by telephone to give feedback on a new standard set of measures, which will help customers compare our performance as a housing provider/landlord.
The government body that regulates all housing providers, including Swan, is introducing a standard set of measures, which will help customers compare our performance on some key areas of service.
Independent research agency, Marketing Means, is conducting this survey on our behalf, to test these measures to check that the questions are relevant, easy to understand, and capture information for those areas of service delivery our customers feel are most important.
If you receive a call from Marketing Means they will identify themselves as working on our behalf and will not ask for any personal details. If you receive a call asking you for any personal or bank details this is not a genuine call and our advice is to hang up.
