Make Things Right: Social housing complaints campaign
The UK government this week launched a new campaign, ‘Make Things Right’, to make more social housing residents aware of how they can make a complaint.
At Swan we use the insight we gain from complaints to make our services and processes better. As a responsible social landlord we welcome the ‘Make Things Right’ campaign, and will continue to do our best to fix the issues our customers report to us.
