Residents’ Annual Report for 2022/23

We’ve published our Residents’ Annual Report for 2022/23 (1 April 2022 - 31 March 2023). This report provides an overview of how well we are listening to our customers, how we have handled any complaints they have raised and the quality of our homes and our repairs service. As well as telling you some of the steps we have taken to make our home and communities better places to live.
