The Paragon

Our 100% affordable development at The Paragon, in Ilford, Redbridge, has contributed to the exciting regeneration underway across the town centre. Located near Ilford train station, three residential blocks of 10, 14, and 17 storeys have provided 141 new one and two bedroom apartments, comprising 36 affordable rent flats and 105 shared ownership units. Alongside a separate new retail space along Ilford Hill.

The Paragon is a beacon of hope. As a shared ownership scheme, everybody from couples and single people to young families are given the chance to own a well-built, spacious new home at an affordable price.
