Working in partnership with Waugh Thistleton Architects, Watts Grove will deliver 45 much needed one, two and three bedroom Shared Ownership apartments in Bow, Tower Hamlets.

This development will be car free within walking distance of the DLR and underground lines, set around landscaped courtyard gardens which will open the connection between Gale Street and Watts Grove for the wider community.

The homes will be crafted in our modular housing factory using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) before being delivered and assembled on site. This sustainable approach will reduce build time and create a greener environment for future generations.

Construction began in 2018 and residents will start to move into their homes in 2020. Shortlisted for ‘Best Approach to Modular’ by the Inside Housing Development Awards, this will be the UK’s first mid-rise CLT modular development.
